  • Is aSquared Health licensed?

    Yes. aSquared Health operates under the requirements of the law and is appropriately licensed based on local and state regulations.

  • Is there a minimum for services?

    Yes. We operate on a 4-hour minimum for our in-home care services.

  • Do I have to pay money upfront?

    No. You will only pay for the services we provide once they have been provided and you are completely satisfied.

  • How are your employees members screened?

    Our team members complete rounds of interviews to determine dependability, integrity, and alignment. All team members must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and DMV record check. Professional and personal references are confirmed.

  • Am I required to sign a long-term contract?

    No. aSquared Health does not lock you into a long-term contract, and you are only charged for the hours that a caregiver is in your home. You will need to sign a Service Agreement showing our commitment to providing the services.

    As needs change, our team will happily reassess your needs and provide advice for changes in care. You can change or stop service at any time with no penalties. A two-week notice is preferable.

  • How do I get started?

    It is as easy as calling 980-621-3646 to notify us of your need or completing the intake questionnaire.

    Then we will set up an in-home assessment, or consultation, with you to determine specific needs and to develop a comprehensive plan of care. The free initial assessment will be completed by one of our experienced registered nurses.
